Mariolla Baffour Asare is the Acting Managing Director of Goldkey. She is at the helm of strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence. Mariolla has overall responsibility for acquisitions, project delivery, marketing, sales and leasing, as well finance and administration. Mariolla joined the company in June 2023.

Mariolla brings with her over 11 years of experience from Goldman Sachs, where sheserved as the Global Co-Head of FICC Distribution for Marquee Sales. Her responsibilities encompassed the distribution of digital content, insights, data, analytics, risk models, liquidity, and portfolio solutions.

She also spearheaded several global initiatives in the Diversity & Inclusion space, notably the Marquee for e-Quality Initiative, which combines the firm’s commercial endeavours with its philanthropic strategy.

Mariolla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Ghana Business School and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Her diverse background and remarkable achievements continue to drive Goldkey towards excellence.
