Mishael Offei is the CH Group’s Chief Business Officer responsible for executing key business development initiatives across the Group. 

Mishael has extensive experience across West Africa, in Corporate Finance Advisory and Strategy – with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, strategy development and implementation, Financial Engineering, Corporate
Restructuring and Turnaround Management. Before joining CH Group, he was the head of Financial Advisory at Oakwood Green Capital Limited and the Chief Executive Officer of Omega Signature.   

Mishael holds an MSc in Political Economy of Late Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Business Administration from Ashesi University College.
