2023

Chase Petroleum

  • Chase Petroleum commenced export supply of petroleum products to Mali and Niger.
  • Chase Petroleum entered into a Light Cycle Oil treatment agreement with Tema Oil Refinery, to increase quality and yield of residual gasoline.
  • In a consortium with the Government of Ghana, TOR and Trafigura, construction of an SBM and CBM facility that would later transform discharging and offloading of petroleum products in Ghana commenced.

2022

Milestone achieved by CH Group

  • Acquired shares in MTN Ghana
  • Owners of the largest land bank in Prime Accra

2019

MIlestone acheived by CH Group

  • CH Group acquired 30% stake in Veolia
  • Largest developer of commercial real estate in Ghana

2018

Completion of Vivo Place

  • Goldkey Properties completed the “Vivo Place” in Cantonments City. Vivo Energy (Shell’s exclusive licensee in Ghana) is the anchor Tenant in this building.

2017

Collaborative Initiative for Solar Energy Solutions in Off-Grid Communities

  • CH Group, EDF and Off Grid Electric (OGE) partnered to deliver solar energy solutions to off grid and weak grid communities in 

2016

CH Group and Subsidiaries Move to New Head Office in Cantonments

  • CH Group and subsidiaries relocated to their new Head Office in Cantonments 

2015

Goldkey Properties' Achievement with Phase One of Cantonments City Mixed-Use Development

  • Goldkey Properties completed phase one of its first mixed use development within Cantonments City.
  • Cantonments City is a 62,000 square metre mixed-use development with a high-street theme, offering companies brand visibility and customized office spaces. Cantonments City is considered one of the most successful restoration in the city and earned Goldkey Properties multiple awards including the award for best mixed-use development in Ghana and West Africa in 2017.
  • Currently Cantonments City is hosting the head office for several reputable multinational corporates including Huawei Ghana, Vivo Ghana, PwC, Ernst & Young

2014

Milestones Achieved by Chase Logistics, CH Group and Vivo Bv.

  • Chase Logistics partnered with Vitol to develop fuel infrastructure facilities to supply fuel to Cen Power Generation plant, an independent IPP in Tema, which was adjudged the African Power Deal of the year in 2014.
  • CH Group and Vivo Bv. completed the arrangement for CH to acquire shares in Vivo Ghana. This is a strategic investment for CH and adds significant value to its petroleum activities.

2013

Milestones Achieved by CH Group and Tema Tank Farm

  • Government of Ghana signed Petroleum Agreement with CH Group, GNPC Exploration Company and Erin Energy to develop the Shallow water Tano oil block offshore Ghana.
  • Tema Tank Farm was awarded best depot in Ghana by the Association of Oil Marketing Companies

2012

Tema Tank Farm: Leading the Petroleum Storage Industry

  • Tema Tank Farm was opened for business. The award-winning storage terminal receives, stores and delivers petroleum products to its Ghanaian and West African clients.
  • The automated terminal has been adjudged the best terminal in the country on many occasions and continues to expand to meet the clients’ needs.

2011

Milestoes Achieved by Chase Petroleum and Golkey Properties

  • Chase Petroleum launched its West Africa strategy and began the supply of products to various African countries.
  • Goldkey Properties completed its 80th Unit.

2010

Milestones Achieved by Chase Petroleum and Goldkey Properties

  • Chase partnered with Goil to jointly own and revamp the storage terminal in Takoradi to create reliable storage facilities and create an efficient and reliable supply of petroleum products to the western part of the country.
  • Goldkey Properties completed its premier office building in Accra. This landmark office block is home to many reputable international and local companies and has influenced private commercial developments in Accra

2009

Commencement of Tema Tank Farm Construction

  • Construction of Tema Tank Farm begun. A consortium of experienced and reputable companies (American Tank & Vessel, Top International) were engaged to construct the 70,000cum terminal. The terminal is the most preferred storage facility for industry users today

2008

Inception of Chase Logistics Strategic Infrastructure Investment

  • Chase Logistics, an infrastructure focused business, was incorporated to own and invest in strategic infrastructure and logistics in the petroleum sector

2007

Milestones Achieved by Chase Petroleum and Goldkey Properties

  • Chase Petroleum was licensed as the first Bulk Distribution Company (BDC) paving way for the company to operate an active import and export petroleum business in Ghana and West Africa.
  • Goldkey Properties completed its first gated residential development in Cantonment.

2006
