Purpose of the Job
The incumbent will report to the General Manager and will oversee to our financial management and administrative functions. As Finance and Administration Manager, you will be responsible for leading our finance team, managing financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and oversight on financial management and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts to support business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial risk management, including liquidity, credit, and market risk.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with management to drive business growth and strategic initiatives.


  • Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or professional certification (ICA, ACCA, CFA).


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting, preferably in a managerial role.

Knowledge, Skills & Behavioural Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and motivating teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in finance, accounting, and administration.
  • Honesty and integrity are desired attributes in this role.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Time conscious, reliable and very punctual.
