Our Infrastructure Businessess
Within their diverse portfolio, they host Ghana’s leading commercial real estate development company and have made significant contributions to Ghana’s Energy Infrastructure, including the completion of the country’s first CBM and SPM infrastructure.
Goldkey Properties, a leader in Ghana’s real estate for 25+ years, has developed over 250,000 sqm of residential and commercial spaces in top areas like Cantonments and East Legon. Their Cantonments City project is making Accra a global urban hub.
Tema Tank Farm Limited (TTF) manages Ghana’s first private petroleum terminal, operational since 2012. Serving Ghana, Mali, and Burkina Faso, TTF stores 120,000 m³ of Gasoil and Gasoline, and 72,000 m³ of Light Crude Oil. Continuous investment keeps TTF as West Africa’s most efficient depot.
Base Energy, a CH Group subsidiary since 2009, aims to lead in energy production. We focus on acquiring shallow water and land oil and gas assets with existing discoveries, investing in rapid appraisal and exploration to fast-track commercial production. Our goal is to be a low-cost, safe, and efficient operator.
NOVA, the trading name for Westol Petroleum, is a fully Ghanaian-owned oil marketing company, retailing petroleum products through stations and outlets.
